Sessions for Adults (18+). No membership involved, pay on the night. These are open sessions for all comers (18+) who have played or can play a little.

	Thursday evenings 8 to 10pm (£6)
	Wednesday mornings 9.30 to 11.30am (£5)
	Sunday afternoons 4.30 to 6.30pm (£6)

"Leyton Youth BC is based half way along High Road Leyton between Bakers Arms in the North and Leyton underground station in the South. We cater from complete beginners to county league standard. This club meets every Tuesday evenings between 7 to 9pm, from September to June. Sessions costs £4 per adult and £3 for children up to 18 years. The Club has at its core, regular coaching sessions."

Northumberland Badminton Club

"We invite you to play at our club beginning Monday the 19th of March 2007 From 7.30pm to 10.30 pm. Badminton players of all levels are welcome. Feathers and plastic shuttlecocks supplied. Entry is £5.00, or £70 Membership and £3.50 thereafter. We are located at: Northumberland Park School Sports Centre, Worcester Avenue, Tottenham, at the rear Of Tottenham Football Club."
