You don't need to change the Start menu folder, so just click Next>
Now make sure the bottom two options (only) are selected, as shown below, and then click Next>
Note: If you are running Windows Vista, all options should be de-selected. Windows Vista has new security features which mean that RealVNC has to run in User-mode, rather than as a service. Contact us and ask for the latest advice.
